In the event the user does not accept or agree to any provision of the Terms is advised to refrain from accessing the Website and / or using our service. If the user visits or uses the Website and / or places any orders with the Website he / she will be bound by the Terms.
The Terms apply to the entire contents of the Website and to any email correspondence between us and the user in relation to the use of the Website and our services. Our privacy policy (as this is published on the Website) forms an integral part of the Terms and should be read in addition to and as one document with these Terms.

"The Company", “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and "Us", refers to our Katiana Mixage Limited, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
You agree to only use the Website in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations, is consistent with the Terms and neither infringes the rights of any third party, nor restricts or inhibits their use and enjoyment of the Website including, without limitation, by hacking. We reserve the right at our own discretion to deny any user access to the Website without giving prior notice. We further reserve the right to amend the Terms at any time without prior notice. The user must ensure he / she has read the most recent version of the Terms before he / she uses the Website.

Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact us directly to settle the refund.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase, including items on sale.
You have 7 days from receiving your order to create a return:
STEP 1: Please email us to katianamixageltd@gmail.com indicating the item you want to return or exchange, the reason of the return, and your name if it is not the same with the name of the person made the purchase. Items must be returned to us unused and designer labels still attached. You can also contact us +357 22 752183.
STEP 2: Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
STEP 3: Attach the label for the return shipment to the package. Please leave your package open for the driver to check both the invoice and content.
STEP 4: Pick up option or take the parcel to any of Kronos Express Courier office or to any post office near you in order to be delivered to us. You will be required to pay the return shipment costs upfront. For the Pick up option please contact 80002000.
STEP 5: Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt via email.
STEP 6: All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
All items must be returned in their original condition, new and unused without having been worn, washed or altered, designer labels still attached and with the presentation of a box (if any).
Use the original packaging for your return.
Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery. Details of the service provider will be email you, once we receive your return email.
If your return does not meet the specified timeframe, it may be accepted, and it may only be refunded as a store credit.

With our “Send A Gift or Voucher” option you can purchase our items or a voucher as a gift to someone. We will arrange to be delivered to the given address at the checkout.
Browse the selection, choose the perfect gift or the voucher, enter the recipient’s details and write a personalized greeting message for the person you want to surprise.
If the recipient wishes to return the gift item under our terms and conditions, then the recipient can follow our Exchange and Return policy mentioning in addition the name of the person who made the gift. If the recipient may not be fully satisfied and does not want to exchange the gift item at that time with any other product, then a credit note is issued once we receive the gift item.
There is no refund under the “Send A Gift or Voucher”. The Gift Voucher is valid for 6 months.
The payment is made through PayPal Gateway by using any VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO. When paying through PayPal Gateway, we reserve the right to check the validity of your PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate your billing address details. The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your PayPal account but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to deny any purchase.
You will receive the legally required invoice document by hard copy on delivery of your purchase or by e-mail.
Value Added Tax (V.A.T.), which is 19%, for all the products in our website. At the checkout point, the V.A.T will be shown separately.
As our boutique is normally open on working hours or any other time according to our appointments, if for any reason the inventory has not been updated at the point you made the purchase, we will contact you.
The prices on our Website may change at any time without prior notice.
Once the order is set, it cannot be amended until the goods are delivered to you.
If you believe that we have made a mistake in relation to a service, please contact us immediately, we will investigate the situation and any necessary action will be taken to rectify the situation.
In the event that, the payment services are interrupted or caused to fail by abnormal or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, or where we need to act in a particular way to comply with the applicable law, we will not be responsible to you for the consequences where such events are unavoidable despite all our efforts to the contrary.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our Website and the use of this Website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and / or the use of reasonable care and skill).
We are not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the Website shall be limited to the total price of your order.
